This is our overarching methodology on what startups have to go through to develop sales maturity. Timelines can vary based on the resources/maturity that exists for a startup when we begin working with them.

Sales Strategy Workshop
Many startups have not formalized any documentation for their sales strategy. They develop pieces of it, but never complete a base statement of strategy.
Having a strategy, even for a concept buyer market, is important because it allows you to have a “skeleton” to your process that you can iteratively improve and put “flesh” onto. If you don’t have a skeleton, you end up with a blob of tissue that can’t move effectively in the market you’re trying to navigate as a startup. Muscles need bones for movement to happen.
