SP4F Sales Coaching Membership

for startup founders, solopreneurs, and established SMB owners who still do most of the sales work for their companies

This is a virtual coaching group geared toward early-stage businesses, solopreneurs who do their own selling, and SMB owners who handle sales directly.

It’s for

a) people who either could use some guidance and continuous instruction on how to do sales and do it better over time

b) for those who have never really sold a product / service professionally, and need help getting their bearings, as well as for helping them close deals more easily while their learning

c) for anyone who wants help formalizing a sales strategy for their company to help with enabling a team / partners / investors, and

d) for those who value having a tactical sales pro they can access through our “sales hotline”. Send your real sales conversations to us, or show us email follow-ups from buyers relative to meetings in your deal cycles, and we’ll get you input as to how you can handle those scenarios.

As we build this enablement, the content will be democratized for the group in the braintrust we accumulate over time.

What’s in the membership?

Most coaching groups teach you, talk at you, and provide community. Many of them don’t reach into your life to help you get a result / realize impact.

Tristan, our primary coach, invests in each member to educate, provide community, 1-on-1 time focused on specific business goals, while also making himself accessible via a “sales hotline” to more tangibly impact revenue for each member as they grow from the early-stages.

It’s important to us that each member achieves progress and gets as much ROI as is appropriate for their investment in our company’s support. Everyone is in sales, and that means us too.

We need to help you win, or we aren’t winning!

Member value:

  • 4 weekly coaching calls per month

  • Monthly 1-on-1 with each member (accountability, goal alignment, troubleshooting, focused time with Tristan)

  • Sales “hotline” for posting buyer conversations / scenarios where you’d like input from Tristan, to be shared with the group (can also share situations privately depending on the sensitivity of the sales scenario, and these won’t be democratized with the group)

  • Free first month for new members, then it’s $700 / month per member, until we hit 70 paid members, at which time every member get’s a price break to $600 / month. If at that time they pay annually, their price comes to $500 / month.

  • Peer group, accountability
